Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Life Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-first rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, hands-on therapy to senior residents, following individualized treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist. You’ll support mobility, strength, and functional goals while tracking progress and educating patients and families.
