The Ontario Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, support restorative therapies, and monitor resident conditions. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help implement care plans, document accurately, and promote residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.
