Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a De novo Clinic Manager to launch and lead a new outpatient rehab clinic. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while championing CORA’s patient-first, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics; ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance; and building strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community. You’ll foster a collaborative, growth-minded culture, support staff development, and partner with leadership to drive quality, access, and clinic growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
