Nurse Educator – Long-Term Care

Genesis HCC, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Staff Development Coordinator, RN to lead clinical education and training in our skilled nursing and long-term care center. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver orientation, in-services, and competency-based programs for nurses and caregivers, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assess learning needs, support quality and infection control initiatives, and serve as a clinical resource, helping build a collaborative, compassionate culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
