Charlie Health seeks a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure excellence across our virtual IOP/PHP group programs for teens, young adults, and families. This role oversees group quality standards, documentation, and outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement. You will audit sessions and records, refine protocols, and partner with clinical and operations teams to enhance safety, engagement, and effectiveness.
