Emergency Medicine - Physician

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an emergency medicine physician to join our emergency department team at Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. This 11-bed, 7,000 volume emergency department offers 24 hours of physician coverage and has a 40% admission rate. Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital's ED is focused on treating patients with heart and cardiovascular conditions. Just 1% of cases are pediatrics. The EMR is Cerner. The facility offers 24-hour radiology reads, interventional cardiology, stroke treatment, intensivist, hospitalist and wound care.
Ideal candidates will be board certified/eligible in EM or board certified/eligible in family medicine or internal medicine with significant ED experience. This opportunity provides a supportive environment with access to TeamHealth's vast network of resources, tools, and clinical knowledge.
