Dental Assistant

Our premier healthcare facility is seeking a highly skilled, professional Certified Dental Assistant to deliver exceptional patient care and clinical support. In this critical role, you will serve as a vital link between our dental practitioners and patients, ensuring all clinical operations flow seamlessly and efficiently. The ideal candidate maintains a highly composed, empathetic demeanor while executing precise technical duties in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to treatment, you will warmly welcome patients, escort them to the operatory, and prepare them comfortably in the dental chair. You will review and update comprehensive medical histories, document current vital signs, and address any preliminary patient anxieties. Utilizing universal language, you will explain upcoming treatment steps clearly to enhance patient understanding and compliance. Post-procedure, you will deliver explicit, detailed home-care instructions to optimize patient recovery and overall oral health.

Under the direct supervision of the dentist, you will safely expose, process, and mount high-quality diagnostic dental radiographs. You will accurately enter comprehensive treatment notes, periodontal charts, and diagnostic data into the electronic health record system. Your administrative duties will include managing clinical inventory by monitoring expiration dates and proactively ordering essential dental supplies. Furthermore, you will assist the administrative team with scheduling optimization, patient check-ins, and answering technical clinical inquiries.
