- Full-time, permanent Physical Therapist position
- Non-Profit Children's Teaching Hospital - Qualifies for Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

- Brand new clinic under construction, adding 5,000 sq. ft. to the current facility.
- Working with a medically diverse patient population, including:
- NICU-grads, Torticollis, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Post-op Cardiac, Post-op Neuro, Neuromuscular, Orthotics, Pelvic Floor, Oncology, Cleft Palate, AAC, etc.
- A compassionate and patient-centered environment offering a 65% productivity target
- Up to 2 hours for Evals, 45-minute treatments - ALWAYS 1:1 with you as the therapist
- No double-booking, no dovetailing
- 90-minutes set aside each day for Documentation and Planning
- Work-life balance - 4/10s schedule + no weekends!

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:

- $15,000 sign-on + relocation package

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time, permanent, non-profit hospital-based outpatient pediatric Physical Therapist position. This team is passionate about partnering with families to serve children and help them reach their full potential. In this setting, you will work with a variety of diagnoses and keep your skill set sharp across all areas of pediatrics. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

- Level IV NICU - will train into Acute Care (if desired)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- PT Pediatric experience preferred
- Active TX license or the ability to obtain
- H1-B Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
