Full job description
US Foods is seeking a Delivery Driver Lead Trainer to support our wholesale foodservice distribution operations. In this on-site role, you will safely operate CDL vehicles to deliver products to restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers while leading and coaching route drivers. You will conduct ride-alongs, skills assessments, and safety training, ensuring adherence to DOT, food safety, and company standards. Partnering with operations, you’ll improve route efficiency, service quality, and support new driver onboarding in our fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
