Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall performance and growth of a commercial field service operation.
This is a true business leadership role with responsibility for the branch P&L, operations, people, customer relationships, and revenue growth. The Branch Manager will oversee both field and office operations while partnering closely with sales, service, and executive leadership to ensure the branch achieves its financial and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience running a branch, business unit, or substantial field service operation and understands how to balance customer service, technician productivity, financial performance, employee development, and growth.
Responsibilities include:
Own the branch P&L and overall financial performance
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share
Lead, coach, hire, and develop branch employees
Oversee field service operations, scheduling, dispatch, and technician utilization
Establish and monitor KPIs across revenue, labor, productivity, margins, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
Partner with sales to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve escalated service issues
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support current operations and future growth
Drive operational consistency, accountability, and process improvement
Develop and maintain a strong safety culture across field operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Leverage technology and mobile workflow tools to improve visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency
Support integration and standardization initiatives as the organization continues to grow
Partner with regional and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership of a branch, business unit, or substantial field service operation
Full P&L ownership strongly preferred
Experience managing both field and office-based employees
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and profitability management
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and improve operational performance
Experience overseeing dispatch, scheduling, technician productivity, and service delivery
Strong customer relationship and commercial leadership skills
Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
Strong technology aptitude and comfort with field service/mobile workflow systems
Safety-focused leadership approach
Field service experience preferred
