Registered Nurse Surgical Intermediate Care

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Intermediate Care unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to post-surgical patients requiring close monitoring. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, telemetry monitoring, IV medications, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and precept newer staff as needed.
