Full job description
Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Perry County to work with adult patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY, EVENING and NIGHT SHIFTS!
Somerset Shifts Available
Nights: Sunday - Friday 8pm-7am *flexible*
New Lexington Shifts Available
Evenings: Wednesday, Saturday 7pm-11:30pm
New Straitsville Shifts Available
Days: Sunday 7am-3pm

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
