Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center (MRMC) - Mechanicsville, VA
MRMC is expanding GI services and recruiting 4 Gastroenterologists, including 2 Advanced GI proceduralists, to support a growing high volume GI program.
This is a true growth opportunity with immediate volume, strong ED and referral streams, and the ability to build (and take over) an established patient panel.

Practice Details:
- Patient mix: 80% adult | 20% geriatric
- Call: 7 days/month (ED call, cross-coverage, RX/refills, general GI coverage)
- Practice model: Procedural-focused with efficient hospital support
Procedures:
General GI
Advanced GI (preferred, not required)
- Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP
- Biliary and pancreatic stent placement
- Stricture management and complex stone removal
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
Candidate Profile:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist
- Advanced endoscopy training preferred
- Interest in service line growth and long-term program development
