As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting business growth and client engagement. Pay Range: $113,000.00 - $140,000.00

What's the Job?
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share across all product lines.
- Manage key client relationships and lead high-level sales negotiations.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop market segmentation strategies and branding initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
