Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision to improve function, safety, and independence in daily living. Responsibilities include ADL training, functional mobility, adaptive equipment use, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
