WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations while maintaining high service and quality standards
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Drive sales while effectively managing labor, food, and beverage costs
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
• Oversee health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain consistency, quality, and execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven ability to lead and develop a strong restaurant team
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food and beverage costs
• Strong understanding of high-volume restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
