Operating Room Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking an Operating Room RN for our Center for Performance Medicine. In this role, you’ll deliver expert perioperative care before, during, and after complex procedures, serving as a key member of the surgical team. Responsibilities include patient assessment, OR preparation, circulating, enforcing strict aseptic technique, medication administration, and accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff while mentoring peers, supporting quality initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in patient safety and outcomes.
