Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. In this role, you will interpret telemetry strips, respond to rhythm changes, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, educate patients and families, and participate in rapid response situations.
