Location: Warrenton, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $44–$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate | Flexible Compensation Structure Available

About Euro Service Automotive
Euro Service Automotive is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join its busy specialty shop in Warrenton, VA.
You'll diagnose and repair European vehicles in a climate-controlled facility with six lifts and an alignment rack. The shop invests in OEM-level technology, ongoing training, and equipment that supports specialized European repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance concerns
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document vehicle condition
- Utilize Shop-Ware, Autologic, iScan, BMW ISTA, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software
- Recommend repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow
- Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong European vehicle diagnostic and repair experience required
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software
- A-Level European Automotive Technician experience preferred; experienced B-Level European Technicians will also be considered
- ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
