Enterprise Data & AI Program Manager
$79,518 - $98,581 / year starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
Location: Columbia, Missouri (On-site, Full-time)
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Coach, guide, and facilitate the Enterprise Data and AI Program across multiple teams and with business partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience preferred.
- Typically requires over three years of agile project delivery experience, including at least a year in a team leadership role.
- Other work experience that demonstrates ability to lead others effectively and help groups collaborate and continuously improve.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Previous technical experience or level of technical acumen is preferred.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Superior written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
- Responsible for highly accurate work and attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills with business and technical partners and external stakeholders.
- Accountable for program success and achieving desired outcomes.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
