We're a manufacturing technology company replacing months of lead time with days, using proprietary software, automation, and advanced manufacturing systems built for speed. Our customers are inventing what's next, in aerospace, defense, robotics, and beyond. To keep up with them, manufacturing has to change. That's what we're building. 

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting across our rapidly growing production and manufacturing organization. This person will be responsible for building the talent pipelines and recruiting engine needed to support high-volume hiring across production, skilled trades, and manufacturing operations while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience. 

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who knows how to move quickly, source proactively, and build repeatable hiring channels rather than relying solely on inbound applicants. 


What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across our production and manufacturing organization, with a heavy focus on high-volume roles including Composites Technicians, CNC Machinists, skilled trades, and other production-critical positions. 
  • Build and maintain scalable sourcing engines to create consistent candidate flow, including Indeed Smart Sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, staffing partners, trade schools, community organizations, local outreach, hiring events, and direct sourcing. 
  • Partner closely with production and operations leaders to understand workforce needs, anticipate hiring demand, prioritize openings, and translate rapidly changing production requirements into actionable recruiting plans. 
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions and candidates simultaneously, driving fast cycle times while maintaining strong organization, communication, and candidate experience. 
  • Develop creative strategies for difficult-to-fill shifts, skill sets, and production roles, continually testing new sources and adjusting approach based on candidate flow, quality, and conversion. 
  • Drive candidates through the process from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, close, and pre-employment steps, proactively identifying and removing bottlenecks along the way. 
  • Maintain accurate, real-time requisition and candidate data in the ATS and use metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill to identify gaps and guide recruiting strategy. 

    • What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting high-volume production, manufacturing, skilled trades, technician, or hourly hiring. 
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume requisition and candidate load while consistently delivering against aggressive hiring targets. 
  • Strong direct sourcing experience, particularly with tools such as Indeed Smart Sourcing, resume databases, job boards, referrals, local outreach, and other channels used to reach production and skilled-trades talent. 
  • Experience partnering directly with manufacturing, operations, or production leaders in a fast-moving environment where workforce requirements and priorities can change quickly. 
  • Comfortable operating in a resource-lean, high-growth environment where success requires urgency, creativity, strong follow-through, and a willingness to be hands-on.

  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, composites, advanced manufacturing, or another highly technical manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience building or scaling high-volume production recruiting programs, sourcing channels, or local talent pipelines. 
  • Experience supporting rapid headcount growth in an early-stage or high-growth company.
