General Dentist – Washington, DC & Arlington, VA

Join two thriving, well-established sister practices—Beautiful Smiles DC and Gentle Care Dentists! We're seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide exceptional patient care across both locations. You'll step into a busy, established patient base with full hygiene schedules, modern technology, and an outstanding team dedicated to clinical excellence.

Schedule

  • Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Washington, DC)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arlington, VA)
  • Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • 35% of collections
  • $2,000 annual Continuing Education stipend

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative staff
  • Uphold the highest clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active dental license in Washington, DC, and Virginia (or eligible for licensure in both)
  • 3–4 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Confident managing a full patient schedule
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
