We are currently seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team and help us make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Position: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Location: Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

  • Provide support with feeding, ensuring that patient dietary needs are met.

  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.

  • Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as needed.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

  • Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

  • Foster a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Current STNA certification in the state.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent care.
