Join HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse on our Ortho Surgical Trauma unit, caring for post-operative orthopedic and trauma patients in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care, administer medications, manage surgical drains and orthopedic devices, and monitor for complications. Collaborate closely with surgeons, hospitalists, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment and safe discharge planning. You’ll educate patients and families, document thoroughly in the EMR, uphold infection prevention and safety standards, and support quality improvement while working PRN shifts that fit your schedule.
