Full job description
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients.
You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. You will treat patients in an outpatient clinic, evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized plans of care, and document progress. A recruiter will reach out with details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois. Active state license required to start the position.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Willingness to use EMR systems and clinical outcome tools.
- New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply.
