Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for an upscale restaurant, located about 1 hour south of Orlando!

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:

4+ years of salaried Chef titles
3+ years of fine dining experience within Italian restaurants
Currently working for a fine-dining concept
Positive mental attitude
High energy and excellent communication
Superb attention to detail and plating skills
Strong emotional intelligence
Experience with creating seasonal menus and specials
Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling and managing costs
Strong management prowess (quality, timeliness, deliverables)
Confident decision-maker and solutions-oriented mentality
No more than 2-3 jobs in the last 10 years
