Full job description

Genesis HCC, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Graduate Registered Nurse to provide compassionate bedside care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Under RN preceptor supervision, you will perform assessments, administer medications, support wound care and rehabilitation plans, and monitor changes in residents’ conditions. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and participate in ongoing training to build clinical skills and transition into independent RN practice within our post-acute and long-term care network.
