Internal Medicine physician job in California :

A large multi-specialty medical group in Southern California is welcoming an Internal Medicine physician just one hour from Los Angeles. We invite you to join a collaborative team of 20+ providers.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday?Friday schedule (8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM) with no call, option for a 4-day workweek
  • 100% outpatient primary care
  • Opportunity for additional income through optional urgent care shifts
  • New graduates benefit from strong mentorship and onboarding support

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Premium base salary with performance-based incentives - total earnings near 350K
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation support available
