Behavior Analyst – Adult Behavioral Program
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll work closely with the individuals we serve, their support teams, and clinical staff to develop practical, individualized strategies that create lasting positive change.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and identify factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
- Observe, analyze, and document behavioral patterns and progress.
- Partner with individuals and staff to develop strategies that promote positive behaviors and improved quality of life.
- Use your clinical expertise and creativity to address behavioral challenges in the home, workplace, and community.
- Train and coach team members on behavioral strategies and proper implementation of support plans.
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust interventions based on individual progress and needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working with special populations, including crisis intervention, staff training, or program development.
- Experience conducting applied behavior analysis research in a clinical or community-based setting is preferred.
- Board Certification (BCBA) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and insurance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A dependable, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
