We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations. Experience treating early-adolescents and early adults preferred.
- Experience providing 1:1 therapy. Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
- Comfort working with children who present behavioral challenges. Experience collaborating with ABA, speech-language, and mental health providers preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible weekday schedules. Client is open to 3x12, 4- or 5-day schedules (M–F standard 8:00–17:00).
- Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with Fusion EMR preferred.
- Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and ethical practice. Willingness to potentially supervise COTAs is a plus.

Role Details
- Facility type: Outpatient pediatric-focused clinic supporting ABA, SLP, OT, and mental health services.
- Typical caseload: Primarily 1:1 therapy sessions. Some group therapy occurs at the clinic.
- Schedule: Days. Standard M–F 8:00–17:00, with flexibility for alternate schedules while staffing needs remain urgent.
- EMR: Fusion.
- Evaluation and session rate ranges discussed during interview process.
- Interview format: Phone or virtual interviews based on candidate preference.
