Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve in a public school as part of a diverse AmeriCorps team, helping students build academic and social‑emotional skills. You will provide small‑group and one‑on‑one tutoring, support positive classroom behavior, and track student progress. You’ll build trusting relationships with students, collaborate with teachers and school staff, and help lead enrichment and after‑school activities.
