Full job description

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Rate: $32 an hour

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assemble complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material (BOMs).
  • Perform functional testing, calibration, and verification of completed assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues using standard diagnostic equipment.
  • Accurately document build data, test results, and non-conformances in manufacturing systems.

What's Needed?

  • 3-6 years of electro-mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly documentation.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments and standard hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical, electrical assembly and knowledge of pneumatics, vacuum systems, motion control, and robotics is preferred.
