Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure exceptional clinical quality across our virtual IOP and PHP group programs for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you’ll oversee group facilitation standards, review documentation, and track key quality metrics to support safe, effective, and engaging care. You’ll supervise and coach group leaders, partner with clinical and data teams to drive continuous improvement, and help refine evidence-based curricula tailored to youth mental health.
