Assistant Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. In this role, you’ll help lead a team focused on Southern hospitality, high-quality food, and an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with shift leadership, staffing, training, and performance coaching, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, handling cash and inventory, and resolving guest concerns.
