RN Lead

In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Responsibilities include triage, medication administration, chronic care management, emergency response, and documentation. You’ll collaborate with providers, custody staff, and leadership to promote safety, quality, and compassionate care while mentoring nurses and supporting continuous improvement and professional growth.
