This short-term acute care facility operates with 117 to 121 licensed beds, providing surgical and medical services to the patient population served. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support call-based general surgery coverage on an on-site basis. Clinical operations are structured to ensure quality surgical care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

Primary responsibilities include performing general surgery procedures and maintaining continuous availability for both scheduled and emergent surgical needs throughout each assigned call period. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and board certification in General Surgery is negotiable for this locum tenens engagement.
