Clinical Lab Scientist

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a Clinical Lab Scientist to perform and interpret complex diagnostic tests supporting emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care for a diverse South Los Angeles community. In this full-time day role, you will conduct testing across core lab disciplines, validate and report results, maintain analyzers, and uphold strict quality and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, support health equity for underserved populations, and contribute to a compassionate, culturally responsive, mission-driven care environment.
