PRN Physical Therapist, Acute

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality acute care at our Southeast facility. In this flexible, as-needed role, you will evaluate and treat patients with complex medical and post-surgical needs, develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. You will document accurately in the EMR, educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and discharge planning, and help ensure seamless transitions of care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
