Job Details
  • Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
  • Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
  • Projects are mostly ground-up high-end custom homes that are $5M-$10M+ each

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
  • Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills
