Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager | Up to $120K | Greater New Orleans, LA

Ready to own the maintenance function—not just fix equipment?

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for a well-established, high-volume production facility. You’ll be responsible for keeping equipment running, reducing downtime, and—most importantly—building and leading a strong maintenance team.

Salary: Up to $120K, based on experience

What we need:

• Proven people-management experience is a MUST — hiring, firing, training, coaching, performance management, and holding technicians accountable
• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to prioritize PMs, emergency repairs, work orders, and plant needs
• A leader who can be on the floor with the team, troubleshoot problems, and develop technicians—not manage from an office

You’ll take ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, breakdown response, and the day-to-day performance of the maintenance team.
