Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Responsibilities
- Review each child’s medical and developmental history, including sensory, motor, and functional needs.
- Evaluate children through play-based observation and standardized assessments to assess fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and participation challenges.
- Develop individualized, child-centered treatment plans that support functional independence at home, school, and in the community.
- Establish clear, measurable goals.
- Use therapeutic activities, sensory integration strategies, adaptive equipment, and hands-on techniques to improve engagement, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Educate and coach parents and caregivers on strategies to carry over skills and support development outside of therapy.
