Patriot Conceptions supports qualified surrogates in California and Nevada throughout screening, matching,
legal, embryo transfer, pregnancy, and delivery. Qualified surrogates can receive up to $120K+ in total
compensation and benefits, depending on individual journey details.
Key qualifications:
● Age 21–37
● At least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth
● BMI under 32
● Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
● Able to complete medical, psychological, and legal screening
● U.S. candidate, subject to state and program review
