Caregiver for independent Teen with focal seizures

Hello! I am seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver for my 14 year old son with focal seizures. Although his seizures are being managed with medicine, they are not yet fully controlled and needs an adult in the home just in case he has a breakthrough seizure. He is highly independent and does not require hands-on assistance unless he has a seizure. The primary responsibility is providing adult supervision and ensuring his safety during the day while I am at work. Compensation is $13 per hour for backup care (for now)between 8:00am to 5:30pm. This position is primarily supervision of an independent teen rather than active childcare.
