Pediatric LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric LVN for weekend home health shifts. This nurse will deliver one-on-one skilled pediatric care in the home, including assessments, medication administration, and complex care such as trach, vent, and G-tube management. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, monitoring condition changes, documenting in EMR, and communicating with families and the clinical team.
