Certified Surgical First Assistant

Surgery Partners is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant to support surgeons in our ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals. In this role, you will provide direct intraoperative assistance, including exposure, hemostasis, suturing, and tissue handling while maintaining strict aseptic technique. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams to optimize patient safety and outcomes. Responsibilities include case preparation, instrument management, documentation, and participation in quality and process-improvement initiatives in a high-performance, patient-focused environment.
