Opportunity Highlights
Practice independently with no anesthesiologists on staff
Diverse surgical caseload with approximately 85% orthopedic and 15% general surgery cases
Regional anesthesia and nerve block skills utilized regularly
Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
Shared call currently 1:6, expected to improve to 1:8 as the team expands
Collaborative surgical services team committed to exceptional patient care

Qualifications
Active CRNA license required
Minimum of three years of experience preferred
Confidence practicing independently, including airway management and intubation without a supervising physician present
