Power Your Comeback Story: Become an HVAC Comfort Advisor & Technician

Austin, TX  |  Full-Time  |  On-Site

Some jobs fix furnaces. This one rewires an entire industry — and puts you at the center of it.

Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. We don't just install equipment. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day.

If you've got HVAC in your hands and hustle in your blood, this is your shot to do more than turn wrenches. You'll walk into homes as a trusted advisor, diagnose what's really going on, and help families see what's possible with a smarter, more efficient system instead of just pushing boxes. Solar, batteries, generators, high-efficiency HVAC — you'll be the technical voice behind a whole-home energy transformation with real upward mobility.  This role is a launchpad, not a ceiling. We develop technicians into badass Comfort Advisors.

Your day, your call!  You’re the expert that homeowners trust the moment you walk in. Turn in-home consultations into real conversations, and team up with our solar and energy specialists to build a solution for whole-home comfort solutions that actually stick.

Top performers earn $100K-$200K with competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and install bonus pay on top.

  • The Physical Side

    • Comfortable moving — stooping, kneeling, bending, standing, and everything in between, for extended stretches
    • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
    • Good with heights, and unbothered by Texas heat or a cold snap

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

One More Thing
