We are an stablished stone countertop fabrication company seeking an experienced Shop Operations Lead to oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, quality control, and installation coordination.

Job Details

Our Shop Operations Leader must have:

• Experience managing fabrication shop personnel and/or installation crews
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication
• Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication, and installation processes
• Prior shop lead or high level installation lead experience within the stone countertop industry.

Please note: Only candidates with prior stone countertop fabrication, installation, or shop leadership experience will be considered.
