Full job description

A respected and growing physician network is seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join established outpatient practices due to planned physician retirements. Rather than building from scratch, incoming physicians will inherit mature patient panels and step into immediate demand.

This opportunity offers the rare combination of strong compensation, practice stability, excellent support, and the flexibility to choose a metro, midtown, or suburban clinic location.

• Immediate patient volume with established panels

• Average 18-22 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed salary of $275,000-$300,000 for 18 months
• $30,000 signing bonus
• Monthly productivity incentives
• Up to $40,000 annual quality bonus
