Stepdown to ICU Registered Nurse

Mercy seeks a Stepdown to ICU Pathway Nurse to deliver progressive, high-acuity care to patients transitioning toward intensive care. In this role, you will closely monitor complex patients, manage continuous infusions, interpret cardiac and hemodynamic data, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. You will collaborate with ICU, hospitalist, and respiratory teams to ensure safe, seamless transitions of care.
